I need a DTS codec that works with VFW/ACM and not directshow.

Has anyone made such an animal yet?

I'm not sure if this will work but this codec pack has a DTS codec: http://www.cole2k.net/?display=CP-AO

Thanks but I'm familiar with that one and it's just a directshow filter.

dts is a filter, not a codec. you can download this filter in the download section at h**p://www.doom9.org.

Ah I said that wrong when I was in a hurry.
I meant I'd like DTS as a ACM codec rather than just a filter.

I ended up doing what I needed using BeSweet but it was so many steps to extract, convert and merge the audio again.
