Help finding free anti virus + firewall

Does anyone know where i can find a completely free anti virus which is secure, reliable and trustworth and has a good amount of virus definition updates. Also were can i find a trustworth, secure, reliable firewall which is completely free.

Free is good but there are ways of getting the retail versions . All of the above posts are right on, but check the verifieds as Deloren and gripper suggested .
