limewire/bit torrent

why when donwloading with programs like limewire pro or bit torrent do donwloads start really slow, well extreamly slow, then speed up, then about half way through a donwload speed up really fast, but then at the end when you have say 10-2 % still to donwload it slows down again???

i dont understand why they behave like this.

and also whats the deal with this new torrent program called zip torrent, is it any good, is it better than azeuras (the best so far)???

i use bittorrent and "no problemo"

Because not everybody thats sharing with you is when
finished with their download, they're partially seeding and
when they have nothing else they can offer you, you're speed
slows down.
