Has anyone tried to return a computer to dell, do they charge for shipping the product back?

Never had to ship a product back.

I would think you pay for shipping, even when they accept it's their fault you stll usually have to pay for shipping.
And with Dell it'll prolly be about the cost of the puter cos their a bunch of no brain numbskulls who simply have no grey matter and know nothing about puters :frusty:
Honestly.

@Busy..... dude that makes you very lucky, but Dells over there maybe different to here, you get a wealth of some of the worst progs ever to grace the planet installed on them here, such as their own support stuff and macAffee :frusty:
