I have a pretty decent PC at home, but I need something that I will be able take to campus and work. I only need to type and use some office applications, no fancy graphic design or gaming here. Watching dvds would be a nice bonus, but typing is what I need it most for.

What are your recommendations.

if all you need is word processing just get a 2nd hand one of ebay and save a fortune on a new one.
