picking up transmissions?

computer/headphones picking up transmissions this morning, was playing that crash game when all the sudden i heard this buzz and something cuts in, it wasnt horribly loud, but i could understand it was someone else. my guess it was a cb frequency being picked up as it would cut in and out. anyone else have this happen to them?

Which has also cut down on my nocturnal alien abductions.
