hahaha just fooling around today i found out that <font color="crap"> actually works. it is like a light brown color. try it!

Here's what really happens. the browser tries to find the color "crap" and can't. so it tries to make a hexadecimal color out of it. since hexadecimal goes from 0 to F, it interprets the C and the A and the R and P are counted as 0(zero.) since hexadecimal are in three groups of two, it assumes zeros for the last group. so we get C0A000 which in decimal is 190 for Red, 160 for Green, and 0 for blue.

<font COLOR=tomato> is pretty close to red, I guess just not quite ripe.. :D
