Dead Space 3 Script Details Leaked?

Siliconera do a roaring trade in boosted game details, even going so far as to cite a regular source for the stuff. A few weeks back, their inside man had the goss on Syndicate way ahead of schedule; today, it’s Dead Space 3. The game has only been hinted at by EA, but already, it seems, there is a script in the works – and it’s currently sounding a lot like Isaac Clarke meets Silent Hill and The Thing. Those… are all fantastic things.

Apparently, our boy Isaac has crash-landed on the snowy wastes of a planet called Tau Volantis. The resultant white-out weather conditions throw up a very similar, eerie ambience to that of a certain Konami horror franchise, and you can just see the necromorphs taking on some kind of The Thing-inspired ice planet terror mantle. After Isaac takes shelter, he locates a few other survivors from the wreck: Dead Space’s Ellie, and new girl Jennifer. She’s a technology buff who’s keen to reverse-engineer the Rosetta company’s research.
