Problem with sony clie

a friend is having a problem with her clie th55,she has a program called navman on it,which has used in the past,but the icon for accessing the program has disappeared,I've had a look at it and the program is still on the memory chip,but there is no way of accessing it,I have no idea how to sort this,can anyone help :frusty: Have tried reseting it(Hard and soft)

Create a new shortcut in CLIE Launcher > Edit Favorite Applications ?

No reason, really, since you had to re-install it.
