I Know My Dsl Is Fine. Other Places Load.

In the past few weeks, I noticed that this K-Lite forum website doesn't load, displays error messages or freezes up.

What is up with that? Whenever this error occurs, I visit other places and come back later, and everything is fine.

Any one else have the same problem?

Yea, i get some MySQL error or something about too many users on whatever-file.php. A few refreshes usually fixes it.
Right now I can't get to the k-lite.tk homepage, but I can go straight to klboard.ath.cx/bb

The main site loads "very" slowly for me. Most/all of the time only the side-bar is viewable, while the main-body of the page is crap like this.
