Earth 2160 problem! halp pls

Hello guys, hope your all fine.

I'm having a problem with Earth 2160. i just downloaded it from filelist, i installed it but when i try to play a message comes up saying:

"An error has occured while initializing direct3D. Insufficient graphics card properties or configuration /dirver problems could be causing this. Try running game in safe mode."

I tried the safe mode but nothing.. same exact problem same messege appears..

anybody has any idea what could be the problem?

MY pc properties are: 3Ghz, 1024Ram, 915D motherboard with family chipset graphics card (it came with the motherboard).
