Do I need to convert my DVD ISO file to "VIDEO_TS" before burning in Nero?

In Nero 7 you can burn the files in VIDEO_TS to make a "DVD video", but when you have an ISO it wants you to burn as a "DVD-ROM". Does it make a difference whether or not the ISO is burned straight onto the disc or do I have to split the ISO file into the standard VIDEO_TS files?

Yea it worked, but i forgot it was in PAL, gonna convert to NTSC and burn it again :)
