Sweet, we can finally see Venom in action!!

Excellent cgi has certainly helped broaden the possibilitys in the movie industry,I remember when I used to marvel(sic) at the Ray Harryhausen special effects.

No. Sandman is wayyyyyyyy older.

Sandman was one of spideys original enemies,along with Green Goblin and Doc Oc,Venom came onto the scene after Spidey realised the symbiote suit he was using was trying to take him over,FF helped him get rid of it.
He has shitloads of enemies,so Hollywood mixing up the timelines won't hurt much,just wondering how they're gonna explain the symbiote hating spidey so much.
