wouldnt it be easier
Instead of assasinating leaders (very 1980's) or capturing them for judgement (non u.s) why not simply grab their their advisors/economists,
put them in a grotty room, torture the shit out of them until they tell the truth about everything,
then do the same to those politicians/economists they have mentioned and find more truth
so that we can finally find out thetruth about all the shit that has been hidden from us?

the crap the media plays on us, the politicians, the business world plays on us simple life forms is sometimes really annying.

could you handle the truth?
