Was this site down last 30 mins?

Was this site down for the last 30 mins because for some reason I couldn't get on the page wouldn't load. And for some reason my firewall (Sygate) keeps blocking this site because of something about over flowing images or something like that if you (Admin or Mods) wants the Ip address of whats being blocked from this site just ask and i'll give it to ya. This is not normal because it never used to do this.

The site was down for everyone i think, i tried once and didnt get on, tried 5 mins alter worked.
