you should post a little more info than just a pic, like, what you are doing when this happens, exactly what is happeneing, etc :)

What info do you get when you click on the blue link from microsoft ?
i dunno i never clicked it cause it occured alot when my intenret was off lol and a few times when my intenret was on seems to occur when im on my desktop

i got ESET virus scanner its on and its updated everyday
we still lol have no lol real usable lol information. Why are you looking at the event viewer?
Just because it updates everyday doesn't mean its finding all that can be found. TBH I never heard of this program.Quote:
