in need help in torrents download...

i am in good sites but its not downloading it at all...
but my friends download it fast but i dont...
if it helps i use BitComet 0.60...

are you sure you are connected to the tracker? are there any seeds?

your speeds are dependent on how many seeders there are plus you may need to throttle your d/load speed to 80% of its maximum,because you need room for stuff to go back up to the tracker.
