Hello

Hey, I am new to this place. I have been using bittorrent for quite a few years, always respecting the community by seeding for AT LEAST a ratio of 1:1. I recently found the necessity to join a private tracker because I am sick of all the leeches I found around. My problem is that I cannot demonstrate the fact that I am a good seeder, and therefore I'd like to ask if there are any bittorrent sites that are public, but that allow registration for statistics purposes?
If there is any, I could sign up and use it for a month or so, and after that request an invitation to a private tracker such as TorrentLeech.

edit: one more question, what's the best private tracker in your opinion?
