Steam: Games list custom ICONS

Yeah, I made some 16x16 uncompressed TGA icons for my GAMES list, with correct alpha channels, I was just wondering. How do I apply them? I have been searching and I cant figure out how to apply them to each game on my Steam games list? How would one go about doing that?
