I have never heard of one just for Audiobooks, but Demonoid is pretty good.

For what i understand borh oink and bitmetv have a lot of audiobooks. But i´ve found its hard to register an account. So good luck.

on bitmetv there are no audiobooks, but there are on bitme.org. neither of these places have too much audiobooks though, i just had to purchase lunar park from audible:). if you are looking for audiobooks for classics, there are several big databases on the internet, like the project gutenberg (and there are several more links there, too).

There are some on bitspyder,elbitz,learnbits.
