pay pal

i have a problem with my pay pal accoutn.i have bout 20 dollaras in my account but i dont have a credit card or a bank account so i can't verify the account.is there anyway i can use the money in my account to pay for something i won on ebay?

How did you manage to get an account in the first place if they couldn't verify you?

yeah, just win something on ebay and then use pay pal to pay for it, its not hard or anything :blink:

I'm not verified and have been using it for a long time.

my pals never pay up

when i try to pay for somehthing it brings me to the verify screen and i cant do anything cuz i dont have either a credit card or a bank account

i never pay my pals
