If you use the private server patch, you have to connect to servers that have PRIVATE, or CRACK/CRACKED in their title.
Buy it...
Don't buy it unless you're sure you want it.
Go to any of these servers and you should be able to play online with the Deviance release.

This game is hella fun.
the multyplayers not worth it. theres so many cheaters and i just wanted to check it out,
