newsleecher - header question

I am using newsleecher 3.0 and i was wondering if there is a way to download headers that are only 7 (for example) days old.

There is a group that i wanted to download the headers and there are 24,000,000 and it will take 20 some hours. I would just want to download the headers that were posted recently... ie: 7 days or so.

Is this possible?

There is an option to hard limit the amount of headers downloaded. I normally limited them to 1 million. Which downloads the latest headers for about 5-7 days of most large binary groups.

Why download headers though? NZB's are so much more convienient...
