i burned shenmue cdi jet grind radio CDI with alcohol and disk juggler when both games starts the sega sign comes up then it says loading after it stay at loading is there any way to fix it for it to work

are u playing them on a dreamcast or emulator?
maybe they are not self-bootable.
im using dreamcast shenmue and jet grind radio both goes up to where it say loading then it stays there doensnt that mean their self boot
