Best place to find PSX games?

I was wondering... what's the best place online to get PSX games? A lot of torrent sites have PSX ISOs, but the speeds are usually horrible.

iv always used mininova or emuparadise

newsgroups postings are sporadic but all the games available seem to cycle thru once every few months....
