Adobe InDesign missing files error...

I reciently got adobe InDesign off BT, and when I try to install it it gives me this error:

Now normally I would think that mabye its the version I downloaded, but after google searching it seems some people who payed for it are having this trouble too.

How do I fix this problem?>

Do they have an update you can apply?
Any other Adobe products installed?
Tried to locate those files manually and placing them into the installation directory.
