Ok using Nero I burned a couple of avi files to a dvd disc.....what program can I use to copy those avi files I have on the disc back onto my hard drive? I was looking through Nero and it seems I can only copy them back to my hard drive as a img file or iso file (one of the two). Is there a way I can get them back onto the hard drive as avi files?

So i open nero, open the "more" box and click on save tracks to hd and then I can drag and drop from there?
No just put your dvd in the drive,open the dvd and drag and drop from there,
I think when I tried that it wouldnt work.......said the disks were read only or something.
edit>selectall>copy
go to destination
edit>paste
It should work. To copy files from a CD to your hard disk you would need to read from the CD and write to the HDD. So read only is what is required from the CD.Quote:
