Hey asmithz,
I had SBC for a few years and had my ip change quite often. I'd say that it changed about 5 times per day at least.
I have it and i dont know about the IP. Never care about it. I don't think it changes unless i turn the PC or modem on or off for a while.
use free proxies- to hide ip
