Secret plans for The London Eye
Secret plans to make the London Eye a self powering water wheel have been revealed today, London borough council are planning to use the wheel to generate electricity to cover the costs of their ever increasing budget.
A spokesman said, "A water wheel would a better source of revenue for london, and would go down well with all sorts of viro mentalists."
A: water is pumped up a pipe to full the capsules, thus move the wheel.
B: a large electric turbine generates the electricity.

May I suggest we use a brand new nuclear power station to pump the water up the pipe in stage A... :rolleyes:
