what is wrong with bitmetv
I cant reach the site.There is no 403 forbbiden mesage or something like that
I just cant enter

403 forbbiden message simply means that the tracker is ON, but your IP or you IP range is banned by the tracker, the common reason is cheating.
So if one cheater is using your ISP, you have to start looking for cheaters-free ISP. In bitmetv they don`t compromise on that, once a cheater is found - the IP range is banned forever, including the honest users.

You should open their FAQ , search it for the help irc channel, get in and they will sort it for you, that`s all.
