Looking for subtitles for Ghost In the Shell Stand Alone Complex 2nd Gig

I have recently downloaded some initial episodes of the 2nd Gig, but to my utter despair I found out that they only have Japanese audio and no subtitles. :dry:

External subs are a solution, but I can't seem to be able to find any in English language.

While it seems that there were subtitles made by "Laughing Man Fansubs", their site seems to have vanished. :cry1:

Where could I download English subtitles for this anime series?

Running a search on my own through your forum didn't give any positive results either.
