i need a good program for making .jpg and .jpeg files smaller so that they comply with the forum signature rules. i tried paint but when i make them smaller they get kinda crushed and don't look clear..please help need a program for this..

I always use photoshop 7.0. It works wonders, I usually work with bmp and I reduce them by like 4 times the size using pshop 7.0. Try Pshop. :D
Or You can download Easy Thumbnails 2.53 (It's a Freeware)
