You can't put Ketchup in Bolognaise sauce, it will taste like :sick:

Onions chopped & fried "olive oil" in a wok, then add fresh ground black pepper, mixed herbs "Thyme,parsley,marjoram", then add 2 tins of quality plum tomatoes chopped, tomato puree about a third of a tube, then add salt

That’s the way I do it, it's very simple, and the taste is excellent, bang on!
