What is best program to print Jpeg Contact Sheets ?

Hi Guys

I have a lot of Jpeg files that I want to print out in Contact Sheet format.

I use Thumbs Plus and have played with ACDSee.

But are there any other ones ? or better ones ?

I like to be able to include the filename of the Jpeg and a Print Preview Option would be great (ThumbsPlus and ACDsee don't have this)
