Basically I'm looking for a league in which people are gm's and the league is run by someone who makes the changes in his or her game based on what the gm's do (usually on a forum board) then simulate the game and post stats etc if there any of these leagues around let me know if not i'll consider starting one myself.
Why not just play FM2006? You can play multiplayer on that.
