There is a site that i recal that have premium membership codes. And they work. I cant really remember the site. Instead of buying the premium membership why dont you use proxy to download?
The Neowin.net forums had a thread going in the BPN section with links to free RapidShare accounts, but I don't think the freebies are available anymore.
