Changes to the Guides section

OK First of all, all of the guides have been merged to one forum instead of spread out to seperate forums. This will make it easier to find them and help get more posting going on. :)

Second, we added thread prefixes that you need to choose when posting a thread that help you figure out if the thread/guide is for games, software, filesharing, etc.

Last, we've turned on thread posting for everyone in the guide section. You can post whatever tips, tutorials, and guides that you want. The threads will be moderated.:)
