Looking for Virtualdub version that still has support for wmw

Anybody know what version number it is and/or where I can find it?

Well it looks like your looking for a version earlier then 1.3...Good luck it seems very hard to find (microsoft forced removal of wmw support :( )

I found this but the oldest version is 1.3...

Support for WMV was removed in some earlier version, that is not available on their site or it is but without this, because of microsoft rights. If u could know what version it was ?

Well, as accat13 said, it should be a version prior to 1.3.
So 1.2 should be it :D

Haven't tried avisynth on wmv's before so I shall give that a go.
Tried it with mp4's but it still wouldn't let me open it in Virtualdub so I never looked back.

and I tried it. Only suports .asf and no wmv.

Like I said very hard to find !!! many dead links...Think I will stop posting for awhile this is an evil thread Post # 666 :lol::lol:
