Just do a web search with the name of the game followed by "key" or "serial"

Most CD keys and serials won't work for online gaming. ;)

i got the half-life keygen and 1 serial actually worked for me on CS online. I think I got real real lucky though
Try and locate someone with the game that they bought or dled and works and get them to give you theie key.
