authoring a hd-dvd to a normal dvdr

I followed this from avs forums ( http://www.avsforum.com/avs-vb/showthread.php?t=705146 ) & thought I would share, its works great the only problem is file size and you need 1080i files, I have tons of 1080p but almost none 1080i

its so weird after I made it, my computer couldn't recognize it, so I was afraid it wouldn't work in my player, it did to my surprise.

just thought I would share, in 5-10 years if this forum is even still around someone will get a kick out of it the equivalent of me making a vcd or something, lol.
