Go for Star Ocean, it's subbed and a pretty good story. 26 episodes are out there and relitivly easy to find.
d/l Naruto its funny and has a cool story line

A recent anime i have d/l and really enjoyed was Read or Die. Naturally it is a fan sub but a really good job was done at it.
Try Vandread (13 Eps) and Vandread 2nd Stage(13 more Eps), Funny Anime..... :lol:
