PC to Mac

Ok so i have a friend and she wants to update here mac, and I downloaded -Mac.OS.X.Tiger.10.4.6.PowerPC-HOTiSO

The thing is I have a PC and know nothing about macs. When you open the rar it has a DMG file in it. I know thats like PC's exe. What i am not sure of is when I burn it. Do i just burn the DMG directly on it. She can just load the DMG and it will install no problem. Or do I burn it like a image, make it a ISO or something and burn it like a image. HELP????

So i should use Nero or dvddcrypter or something to burn the dmg image?

The best program for you to use is called Transmac you can download a free trial online. It can burn the dmg file straight to disk

PowerISO can burn it as well.
