I don't know of any adequate Bulgarian translators to translate the above, but I can deduce that the above is titled "Warning" and the 2 things are ways in which to join. I speak a bit of Russian and they are somewhat similar languages so I can understand it a small bit. Also, clicking around does not seem to yield any way in which to register :blink:
