You can get an invite to the tracker, its pretty easy. All you have to do is go to the IRC channel and answer some questions.
What does this tracker, ThePlace, have to offer?
well, it's not exactly easy. the tracker isn't for anyone, you'll have know your stuff to get an invite. very few people who are new to the "community" get invited.

As default said, it's a seduction/self development tracker. Really good stuff there. Get on Demonoid and search for "Mystery Method" and "Annihilation Method" and you will get an idea of the type of content.
