They can be dl at any time although retention of articles is based on the server your on. If your on a service through your internet connection many have retention of five days or less. If your on a premium server such as NewsHosting they can have have to 70 days retention. Newshosting has 70 day retention so after 70 days you won't be able to get the file anymore. Your ISP blueyonder was 4 days rentention.
