okay so i live at an apartment complex where high speed internet is free. but recently i can no longer connect to any torrent trackers so im thinking the network admin blocked it some how. i thought if you had transport encryption enabled that admins couldn’t black bit torrent? im obviously wrong is there anyway around this problem? Besides the obvious like pay for my own connection.
did you try changing the port to non standart one?
there is also another magic way - bring some beer to your admin =) this works, really

The beer idea may be your only hope.
I don't blame him, BT eats bandwidth like crazy. And if its a split connection between your neighbors (likely it is) they will probably see a big decrease in speed when you download/upload. Give the beer a shot...
Yeah, I've heard about problems like this, sometimes they block practicly everything connected with file downloading,it depends on the admin, you might need something more than just a beer, but sometimes beer helps :D
