Wal-Mart launches digital movie downloads
NEW YORK Wal-Mart Stores on Tuesday announced the launch its own video downloads service beginning with an exclusive "Superman Returns" DVD bundle containing a video download option with purchase of the physical DVD.
CNNMoney.com first reported in September that Wal-Mart , the world's largest retailer, had accelerated its efforts to launch a digital movie service before the end of the year.

Maybe their on to something ? If I bought it can I send to my mom in Ontario or my brother fighting in Iraq ? Hmm I like that . Probably not tho , but if I was allowed one Download that would be nice if I could share it or send to a friend ?
Wait a minute it would never work , what with DRM but what about fair use ? Seems like a good Idea if you bought the DVD and could send an email addy for the D/L ? ;)

They have to stay legit. After all, in the U.S. you can't make a digital copy of the physical DVD even though you own it. :dabs: But seriously, though...I wouldn't either.:shifty:
