if I was going to make a duplicate account I probably wouldn't tell the mods about it, they could just ban you.
personally I have no need for more than one.

you should be able to, only if you can signup using a different ip address.
me and my gf log into our accounts using the same computer and bitmetv hasnt said anything about it.
