what do we want from webhost

just had bad experience with my own webhost.....w****r

i am thinking of becoming one :( shit what have i done :)
anyway
...i know its not easy, but if i have some ideas what people want maybe i can sort it.....

So people what do we want ....reasonable answers please...

I don't think you can compete, you would have to be one hell of a big host.
no disrespect dude.

no problems at all, 99% uptime guarantee,
I even have my own manager + lots of extras
