You must be extreme user (ul 150G, ratio 1.5) to get invites there.
But they have given invites to every power user these Christmas days.
And almost everyone there is a power user since they have also given 30G upload credit.

Even through they are not Power User, but they still got one invite as a christmas gift ;)
